New Hole19 Feature: Club Recommendation (iOS)

We’re happy to announce our brand-new feature: Club Recommendation. Currently available for iOS users only.

Yet another great feature that will help you improve your golf game. Hole19 will now show you recommended clubs, based on your own personal distances.

Now you'll feel like you have a real golf caddie in your pocket! You will be able to make the right club choices so you can hit your golfing objectives more easily.

How does it work?

If you’re already a Premium user, you just have to make sure that your club distances are updated by going to My Bag, via Options Tray (during a round), or by going to More on home screen:

My Bag. Check if the club distances are updated with your average distances for each club.

Then, go to settings and turn on Club Recommendation.

As you move the target to get distances anywhere on the golf course, Hole19 will automatically give you the club recommendation.

Once your ball lands, your app will also inform you of which club to play next. Easy-peasy right?

Enable/disable Club Recommendation via Options Tray, during your round.

Need to deactivate this feature during a competition?

In some cases, you might need to disable this in-round aid. You can do this easily by going to your round settings via Options Tray.

Not a Premium user yet? Not to worry. Of course, we always advise our golfers to upgrade to Premium and have access to all the game-changing premium features, but if the whole premium package doesn’t suit you, well, you'll be happy to know that Club Recommendation can be unlocked for just €0,99 / month (via App Store).
