New Premium Feature: Club Recommendation (Android)

We're very happy to announce the arrival of a new Premium Pro feature for the Android App: Club Recommendation!

2020 has been a challenging year for all of us, but that didn't stop us in our efforts to make improvements to our Premium experience, this time for our fellow Android users.

This Premium feature - which is already available for iOS - will allow you to see recommended clubs when you're out on the course and trying to decide which to use when hitting your next shot.

Making the right club choices will be easier, as the app will give you recommendations based on your own personal distances. You'll feel like you have a real golf caddie in your pocket!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

As a Premium member, you just have to make sure that your club distances are updated by going to My Bag, via Options Tray (during a round), or by going to More on the home screen:

Then, go to settings and turn on Club Recommendation.

As you move the target to get distances to any spot on the golf course, Hole19 will automatically give you the club recommendation.

Once you arrive at your ball, the app will also inform you of which club to play next. Easy-peasy right?

NEED TO DEACTIVATE THIS FEATURE DURING A COMPETITION?

In some cases, you might need to disable this in-round aid. You can do this easily by going to your round settings via Options Tray.
