Course Preview is Here!

Happy New Year, golfers!

We hope 2022’s arrival has reinvigorated your love of the game, and you’re ready to achieve all your golfing goals with the help of Hole19. We’re already working to bring you more innovative feature releases and improvements to enhance your Hole19 experience.

As an early New Year treat, we’re excited to announce one of the first releases this year: Course Preview.

This feature has been available on Android for a while, and after listening to your feedback, we’re happy now to be able to release it for iOS.

With Course Preview, you will see the layout and distances of any golf course without needing to start a round. Distance arcs will show you the remaining yardage to each putting surface, and with a simple glance, you can gauge the position of key hazards from tee to green.

Here’s how to use it:

1. Make sure to update your Hole19 app to the latest version  
2. Go to the courses section and open the course you would like to play  
3. You will see a ‘Course Preview’ button, tap on it and wait for the map to load

Now you will be able to see every hole on the course and formulate a plan of action before starting your round. And if you are a Premium Pro member, you can also add notes while in the course preview!

There's More to Come

Just before the end of the year, we released a new Performance section for iOS, and it’s coming soon for Android. That’s not all, though. We have plenty more to come over the next 12 months, so stay tuned.
