One of the most important ways to help get your golf game moving in the right direction is to improve your consistency and accuracy from 150 yards and closer. Too often we amateur golfers end up short or long of our target and turn what should otherwise have been a makeable one-putt into a three-putt avoidance exercise.
Your distance control from 30 yards to 150 yards is HUGE! And in this week's video top golf coach Eric Cogorno talks us through his system for distance control in that zone. By system, he means having a swing length, a club and a tempo for each distance to help you gain a better understanding of how to hit your wedges and short irons close.

As we mention each week, put Monday at 5:00 PM EST in your diary as this is the time for you to check in with Eric during his 'Rapid-Fire Golf With Eric Cogorno' live Q&A session. You can benefit from his vast technical golfing knowledge in a live setting and get your own technical golf questions answered to help you improve your own golf game.
