Eric Cogorno: How To Increase Lower Body Rotation In The Golf Swing

Another week brings us another excellent golf tip from our friend at Cogorno Golf, Eric Cogorno.

This week, Eric has a great video for us which forms part of his ROTATION MASTERCLASS in which we take a look at lower body rotation in the downswing and consider how, by employing a few different techniques, we can maximise this in our golf swing.

In the video, Eric covers everything that plays a part in the rotation of your hips or pelvis during the downswing – how your feet work in the golf swing, how you bend your knees and how much you internally or externally rotate your legs.
