With The 147th Open Championship a mere week or so away, we got to thinking which golfing superstar has the best chance of walking away with the Claret Jug. Does Tiger have a chance? Could Rory pick up a second? Maybe DJ could follow up on his 2016 U.S. Open win.

Tiger's most likely next major championship
While we're on the subject of Tiger, we polled our followers on Twitter to see what his most likely major win in 2018 would be (rather presumptuous of us, we know) and next week's affair at Carnoustie Golf Links came out on top.
Bear in mind this came after Augusta and before the U.S. Open last month - we can't wait to see if you guys were on the money with this prediction...

Hardest shot in golf?
We all have that one shot that one shot which fills us with untold dread (some of us at Hole19 have many), while others demand perfect technical execution and nerves of steel. With that in mind, what really is the 'hardest shot in golf?'.

Bubba wins the WGC Dell MatchPlay
Proving that the Hole19 community know their golf, a massive 82% of those who voted in our poll of the winner during March's Dell Match Play event pumped for Bubba Watson over Kevin Kisner.

DJ Wins the Sentry Tournament of Champions
Bubba's win wasn't the only PGA Tour victory the Hole19 community called early. Back in January, you all believed that Dustin Johnson would have enough in the tank to get over the line at the Sentry Tournament of Champions in Hawaii.

Happiest feeling in golf?
What really makes you happy in golf? We asked our followers just that on the International Day Of Happiness and it turns out that seeing the golf ball drop from a chip shot is one of the best feelings you can get.

Money no object, what's your favourite golf present?
We were curious what Hole19ers would see as the ultimate golf gift so what did we do? That's right, we polled our Twitter audience and it was pretty clear that a trip to Augusta National for The Masters was top of quite a few golfers' Christmas lists.
Given that it's the most exclusive of all golf tournaments with tickets going for thousands of pounds, it's likely that quite a few woke up disappointed on Christmas morning...

Next Maiden Major winner
One day at Hole19 HQ we got to thinking which of the current crop of 'twentysomethings' would be next to pick up their first major championship.
We expected it to be a close run affair with a trio of great players sat along side the eventual winner Rickie Fowler. In reality, it was a landslide win for Rickie and we certainly hope this one comes through...
