One of the most important facets of a solid golf swing is the need to achieve a good amount of shoulder tilt in the backswing - pointing the left shoulder at the golf ball. It's a swing thought the great ARNOLD PALMER often used, and that's good enough for us.
At the top you need to start feeling like your left shoulder ends up where your chest was at set-up. If you haven't been tilting correctly over the years, you might need to lock in some exaggerated feels in order to get it right.
