During the recent Golf Channel reality TV offering 'Driver v Driver 2', Rick Shiels was hired to sit on a panel to crown a winning design from a collection of budding golf club engineers.

After designer Evan Hoffman's victory where he would bag a cool $250,000, Wilson developed the Cortex driver in double quick time in order to have it market-ready for those looking a new 'big stick' in 2019.
